Freysgruppen and Freys Expressbolagen are now looking for a dedicated and driven site manager for our office in Örebro. We are a dynamic company focused on office relocations and household moves. About the role. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Daily operations of the business – order reception, efficient resource planning, registration of working hours, and invoicing
• Personnel responsibility and staffing, including recruitment. Responsible for over ten permanent and temporary employees
• Customer relations, sales, procurement, and pricing
• Management of resources such as offices, warehouses, vehicles, and purchases
• Management systems and regulatory compliance according to ISO certifications
• Financial responsibility for the office's profitability

Who are you? We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in personnel responsibility, is a skilled manager/leader. You lead by example, develop the team of colleagues, and ensure an effective and pleasant workplace
• Is service and solution-oriented and has good communication skills
• Takes responsibility and ensures a working method with a high degree of orderliness
• Is customer and market-driven and wants to develop Freys Express in the area as the obvious choice
• Has a financial mindset and is profitability-oriented
